ABC, 123, Breathe

I am constantly endorsing the benefits of meditation and, as a culture, it continues to be accepted into the mainstream. We are so lucky to have a tool that we can use any time, anywhere and for FREE! I only wish I had learned about this practice earlier in my life (you can add yoga, not sweating the small stuff, and embracing the unexpected to that list). Some schools are starting to incorporate yoga and meditation into their curriculum (YAY) and one in Baltimore took this to another level by swapping out detention for meditation. The results? Astounding.
