What did the Buddhist say when he didn't know the answer?


As part of my routine, I try to make it a practice to meditate for at least 10 minutes a day. As the research suggests, meditation has so many incredible benefits for emotional health and is a perfect reminder to slow down and focus in on the present. But, like all tasks and 'to dos', we risk it becoming something to 'get through' and cross off the list instead of really being with the experience. Today I came across this guided meditation on Insight Timer and enjoyed a big belly laugh while settling in to my breath.
